DEADLINES
Returns: up to 14 days after receiving the item
Exchanges: up to 30 days after receiving the item
CONDITIONS
Item must be unused or minimally used, with no signs of damage
Item must have the original tag and be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or receipt must be included

Personalized products (including engravings)
Custom-made jewelry, class rings, special-order watches
Items on sale
Gift cards
Items adjusted at the customer’s request (such as resized rings)
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately after receiving it. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Important: Do not send any item before receiving our instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be done in two ways:
• In person, at our physical store (by appointment)
• Online, by mailing the product after prior contact and approval
We provide full support to ensure safe and convenient exchanges for online clients.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the item:
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take up to 20 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider
If the timeframe has passed, please contact us for follow-up.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of store error or manufacturing defect.
