Shipping policy

USA Domestic Shipment processing time

  • Orders placed and payment approved by 2:00 PM Monday – Friday ET will ship your order on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on Saturday, Sundays or holidays will ship no later than the next business day pending payment approval.
  • Custom Products: Expected fulfillment within 20 to 25 business days.
  • Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If you’re shipping to a US street address, we’ll use UPS and USPS. 
  • For your security, all of our merchandise require an adult signature.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Custom Orders

Additional time will be required for orders requiring ring sizing, special orders, personalized items and Design-A-Ring orders. This additional time is reflected in the estimated arrival date on the individual product information pages, in the shopping bag and throughout the checkout process.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available for USA domestic orders of U$299 and more.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the shipping carrier's website. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Riches Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Riches Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy 

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, here is how you should proceed:

  1. You can return or exchange your item at any Riches Jewelry store for up to 30 days after the item has been shipped to you.
  2. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unworn and unaltered. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Email us at info@richesjewelry.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive an email from us, and the address to where you can exchange the product. Exchanges can only be done at the Riches Jewelry store.
  4. You can’t return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches, or any personalized engraved merchandise.
  5. We will credit your original payment method, excluding the delivery charge
  6. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined. If the products are found in reasonable condition (not broken, used, out-of-shape, etc) then a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
