You can choose to pickup your item(s) at our store location: 7587 W Sand lake Road, 32819 - Orlando – FL. Please allow 48hrs for order preparation before picking up your order.

Only you can pick up your order – we’ll ask you to sign for it with a valid photo ID. We want to make sure only you get the merchandise you ordered and paid for. Some merchandise may be excluded.

Gold, despite being resistant, is a natural material that is susceptible to scratches and signs of wear. 

• Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, such as bleach 

• When not wearing, store it in the original box or a cloth pouch 

• Clean it with a soft-bristle brush, warm water, and mild detergent 

• Dry it with a soft cloth 

• If necessary, use a hairdryer for pieces with links and stones 

• Polish it by using a soft, dry cloth to give it a shine
